The leasing selection ("residential leases") on this app does not work when it's selected, saved then applied in the filter. It does not show homes for lease/rental on the map, although multiple can be seen on the maps of apps like Zillow and apartments.com. It only shows properties for sale. (And even then it's clunky, poorly designed and barely functions.) It's an extremely difficult, not user-friendly app to use, virtually obsolete for leasing and rentals. In 2026, MLS can't even compete with other apps, let alone function. Completely worthless app. Deleting it.

I put in an addresses in the searches. It shows nothing. I put an address in the location area it shows nothing. I had put down one address at a previous house i was at and the app is stuck on just that location. Deleting re-adding the app doesn’t help either. There’s no option to login and save your searches, you’re better off just going on their website. I even tried to copy an address from zillow, and try to post it on this app, and nothing. This app needs to be deleted or completely revamped. This app does nothing.
