Recent reviews

The timer stops while the phone is in use. This causes confusion and can ruin your canning because you no longer know how far you are in the pressure cooking process. Once the timer stops you can’t just start again from where you are. You have to start the whole process from the beginning. This could ruin your food preservation. The app has the potential to be very helpful and useful but until the bugs are worked out it could cost you ruined food.

I really wish this would find a way to stay open in the background with timers as I’m often using my phone to double check the recipes I’ve bookmarked from safe/reputable canning websites. Otherwise I think this is a great addition for the new and experienced canner! Thanks- from a fellow master food preserver!
