Pocket Phone System app turns your mobile into a fully functional phone system. Wherever you are, take control of your calls and ensure you are always delivering the best possible service.

Created to support the Pocket Phone System service, set calls to ring your office, home, mobile, a Moneypenny PA – the options are endless and all controlled by you. You can also make calls from the app. If you are using one of our business numbers, choose whether to show this or your mobile number to the person you are calling.

The app also allows you to:

•   Manage the order in which numbers are tried e.g. your home first and if there is no answer try your office and finally, a mobile number

•   View your calls & messages

•   Make outbound calls from either your mobile or a dedicated business phone number

•   Record a greeting for your voicemail

•   Manage how you are notified of incoming calls

•   Manage your VIPs (contacts who have special priorities) and blocked numbers
