Just as easily, you can calculate the loan amount or the credit period by specifying the desired installment and additional parameters.

Fixed-rate loans: Fixed-rate loans are loans with a constant installment. The installment consists of a principal portion and an interest portion. Since with every installment a part of the credit is repaid, the interest portion will be reduced as the residual debt becomes smaller and the principal portion ratio increases. At the end of the loan period, the debt (in contrast to the balloon payment financing) is completely repaid.

Balloon payment financing - low monthly payments with residual debt: Balloon payment financing is a form of the fixed-rate loan, with a residual amount, the final installment, remaining at the end of the loan period. At the end of the loan period, the final installment is either entirely repaid or financed. In the case of further financing, the monthly installment and the interest rate are usually renegatiated.
