2024-10-17	th*****	will this app ever get a modern interface? this is like working in DOS. Why do i have to enter my username and password when you can use the apple keychain? this app makes a 5 minute process 15 minutes long do to the slow clunky interface.

2023-01-26	ah*****	This application is decent. It is handy when you are at the gemba you can submit observations right from your phone. Where it needs improvement is when you log onto the observation it takes a minute and a half or longer to load. It does not matter if I delete the app and reinstall the problem has been the same for the last two years. Another improvement would be for the buttons to be easier to get to. For example, the finish button at the top right of your screen. Sometimes I find I have to turn my phone sideways so that I can select it. I would say that this is a more difficult application to use, especially for the older generation that is not as tech savvy. Or if you have wide fingers, you will be in trouble. I find it to be easier to submit observations through the observation module from the AIC webpage. if you need to upload pictures, that’s when the app makes it easier. You can upload right from your photo album versus having to Email yourself a photo if you are using the web browser. Hopefully AIC will find time to look at their application.

2020-07-22	be*****	I have had the APP over 2 years and I had an issue with taking forever 10+ minutes to log on to for the observation to open so that could start an observation and after the observation was completed it normally takes 15+ minutes to populate the completed observation or it would just continue to try and populate the observation. The only I thought to fix the problem is to shut the phone and do a hard reset. If that didn't work I had to delete the app and request another registration code. For six months on a daily bases, I had to delete the App and get a new registration code. I thought maybe it might be my phone so I had my phone replaced with a new iPhone XR and to this day I continue to have the same people. On a positive side, I like how the observations laid out and easy to use when you can get it to upload. I don't know if it's an APP issue or software of Apple. And the support that I have gotten with their service department and they continue to say just request a new registration code. So again today I tried open the APP today I attempted to open the APP and will not open so I have to request a new registration code to do my observation for today so good luck ( Go AIC)
