The app sucks. You can’t log back in if you accidentally log out and when you try to click forgot password to reset your password. It doesn’t even email you a recent link. Support is no help. They don’t actually offer to fix the app. They just ask that you schedule a pick up via text instead which is really inconvenient when need to change payment information. I couldn’t even create a new account.

Amazing!!! Telling everyone about you guys! Shocked at how easy that process was and the communication the whole time. You guys are amazing! Even the delivery guy met my husband and he was super friendly and professional. Highly recommend! Mother of two and I do laundry for my whole household! This helped me soooo much. Instead of sitting and spending hours doing laundry I got that time back to spend with my family 💕 10/10!!!
