Got as a gift for Mother’s Day but it continuously disconnects every other day not sure what issue is tried disconnecting and reconnecting but issue remains

I love that Keurig was there for me this pot was a Christmas gift Almost 3 Christmases ago it stop working and I was going to throw it out thank God i saved my original pot well anyway I found out with Keurig’s help I forgot to change my password on my pot so it refused to work but I’m happy to say it’s up and running again Thank you Keurig!😊
