2026-07-05 am***** My current employer used to have this EMR/EHR and all of us employees signed up to see what pts had to go through. The app never worked. And good luck getting a customer service representative to actually help fix the problem. Now my current specialist uses this system. And I already know the headache I’m about to endure. But I gave it a shot and tried to login with no success. I had a customer service representative contact me about the portal and told me there is nothing they can do cause I had a previous account. That was in March/April 2026; I got an email last week June 2026 that my case was closed and the error was fixed. Tried again to login NO success. I will just have the specialist fax all my records to my current PCP.

My doctor cannot send me a new invite link because apparently I am already a Breeze user. The backend is broken and no matter how many times I’ve contacted for help and opened tickets, nothing gets resolved. I will have to go to another doctor. By the way, the online login doesn’t work for me either. And it’s not a question of what device or browser I’ve used. FIX THIS! You’re dealing with peoples HEALTH. It’s kind of important.
