Not only is the app awful, it doesn’t connect with the generator most times, so I have no idea what’s going on. Last two times power went off in South FL the generator didn’t turn on either. The company only works with distributors, so they won’t talk to the owner of the generators, and my installer sold his company a year ago. But again, the app is awful and doesn’t even send me notices that is not turning on. Would never buy again and even consider considering replacing given what the need for it is.
