Different types of tool wear will occasionally get in the way of productive machining and analyzing tool wear can be time-consuming. The Tool Wear Analyzer app provides support to become more accurate and shorten this process.

The app works best if you use a microscope attached to your phone. We recommend a microscope with a zoom factor between 20x and 60x.
