Patients enrolled in a study using Scribe will receive an enrollment notification via email or text with a link to download the application and instructions used to enroll in the study. Relevant questionnaires will be available for completion throughout the duration of the study

I have a clinical study and i HAVE to submit my diary every day. But every day theres another issue. It either never loads- loads and takes me back to the login screen and repeats, or i put in all my information and the submit button doesnt work. My doctors office gave me a different device to use and i still have the same damn problems. Really just how difficult is it to make this app run properly??? Programming this does not seem difficult, please fix all these bugs. From the reviews it looks like absolutely nothing has changed for at least a year.

The app automatically updated yesterday and now I cannot login at all. It does not recognize my email or phone number to reset my password. I don’t know what to do.

i got a notification from my study that i didn’t do two days this week, but i did every single day without fail. the app is buggy and there needs to be an option for “report an issue” but there’s no option for that. it needs to be more accessible and it’s extremely slow to load.
