Head Atlas

Head Atlas is a growing library of neuroanatomy learning tools and a dashboard with news and resources. The Skull&Intracranial Atlas module provides a full 3D and AR atlas for studying neuroanatomy on mobile devices, with access to 2500+ labels and descriptions and three visualization tools to dissect on three axes, isolate, and explode anatomical structures. The accompanying texts are organized into three cognitive levels—from general overviews to precise definitions—to facilitate learning and memorization.

The extension also features the ARTouch module, enabling hybrid neuroanatomy observation with the AnatomyTouch physical model, available on the UpSurgeOn store. Core features include interactive 3D/AR models, the ability to rotate, zoom, hide or isolate structures, transparency controls, and extensive labels and hotspots. New modules are planned to expand the learning experience.
