I am usually able to log into the app after a quick update, but lately it has been stuck on a loading page. It has been like this for over a year. This app was nice for quickly checking tickets when I was away from my computer, but now no longer works.

This app looks and runs as if it was developed in 2012. Sometimes flyouts will not even load or other times trying to perform the task you intend takes 7 different clicks than the one you would expect. It is important to understand that this is a desktop web application ported to mobile, which is already sluggish, but at the same time that is not an excuse for a subpar UI/UX.
