Can’t login or create account. Please update or pull this app. We already have difficulties due to our disabilities, adding an extremely frustrating experience on top of that for an app that’s supposed to help make our lives easier is unacceptable.

No customization is available for the card, so if you have comorbidity and other complications that affect your ability to communicate along with one of the few available, you’re out of luck and it’s basically a review system more than a communication aid. Also a binary gender system for a community(ies) that has more transgender people statistically, thats a yikes for me.

Not only does it force you to pick a binary gender (not helpful for gender non conforming users), but every time I’ve tried to finish signing up it won’t let me! Disappointing :/
