When signing up/ registering, I got kicked out of the application. after the x attempts, I think I have it, but can’t add a password. When trying to fix it, it says I am already registered but it doesn’t recognize my phone number that I provided. Can it get any worse? I don’t think so

2024-09-18	In*****	No recibo notificaciones para los pagos recibidos. Llamé al servicio al cliente y entre tanta vuelta innecesaria, me indicaron que hay una actualización pendiente y es por ello que no recibo el aviso; eso mismo me dijeron la semana pasada cuando llamé. Bastante costoso que cobran por transacción sin tan siquiera cumplir con lo más básico de cualquier aplicación móvil. No aportan nada real para el negocio y cobran de las ganancias, no tiene ni sentido todo esto. Cabe mencionar que he llamado en 3 ocasiones para lo mismo.
