Recent reviews

I’ve been having issues for many months with charging not starting on schedule, the app changing charging amps on its own, and missed charges entirely. Customer support has been responsive, but have not solved the issue, and the admin burden to troubleshoot has been excessive. Not impressed.

If give a better review of it stopped asking me for it every time I switch screens from the usage report. So it kicks it down a star from pretty good to ok but with annoyances and missed opportunities. I would like ability to easily show total amount of power used during my utility’s billing period, instead of me manually adding up each session for the month myself.
