So I got a new iPhone and reinstalled my app I can’t even get past the picture to confirm my identity but my husband who has an android can get in but doesn’t help me when I need to get in with out him.

everything was working fine for the first couple days then the app stopped connecting to bluetooth so now the app can’t control the lock and none of the codes work. i can still use my fingerprint but that’s the only thing that’s working. the app says there’s a firmware update but won’t install it since the bluetooth doesn’t work anymore. update: i reached out to the combatant like they say to and have gotten no help at all. i can’t do anything with this lock because bluetooth doesn’t work. this app is absolutely useless. never buy a tru-bolt wifi lock. go with a good brand that actually has their own app that works
