I have a stack of lotto tickets from various desks and end tables and in my car. I can’t remember if I scanned them in the app or not. When I scanned for PlayOn some told me I got points and others said that they had already been scanned. But after a few of those, the app gave me a message that because I tried to scan tickets that were already scanned that I would no longer allow me to scan ANY tickets for PlayOn!!! So, by trying to ensure that I didn’t miss any points I should have gotten, the app is instead refusing to let me participate in PlayOn at all anymore - even with the tickets that haven’t been redeemed! These people are crooked!
