It seems like every update, adds a glitch and removes a good feature. Appointments do not load, flashlight not available during VIN scans which is one of the most important pics and usually in dark door jambs. Nonexistent tech-support.

App glitches and crashes all the time. Has too many screens to complete even basic task. Pop up notifications while in app linger way too long and it won’t let you swipe them away. App forces you to entered same info repeatedly if you minimize app or open different app. Bluetooth connectivity hit or miss.
