I’m coming up on 3 years smoke free next month. I quit cold turkey after about 2 years of preparation. It’s possible and, for me, after the first year, I can honestly say I rarely think about it. Smoked for 32 years. I still keep the widget and a couple of times a year check it to see how much money I’ve not spent, over 12k at this point. You can do it. You can do hard things.
