I bought an early version years ago, and didn’t find it much better than the other OCR apps at the time. But Prizmo Go kept improving as an app, and I got better at using its capabilities. Now it’s my go-to app for extracting text from just about anywhere. And it’s right there in the palm of my hand. [I have the Pro subscription]
