I ended up losing what I purchased. It was my mistake not double checking the address, but why the default address still has the old one and why it cannot be changed?

Arc makes some good stuff, albeit very expensive and slightly off kilter from its mountaineering and climbing roots. But this app has never worked flawlessly - frozen pages, loading wheels, not up to date, inoperable options like ‘notify me’…etc. My suggestion is to just use their website if you are interested in any of their equipment.
