Very disappointing. I filled out a case. Was sent a case number and a list of attorneys. The first one I contacted is not with ARAG anymore. The 2nd one sent me an automated text message with all the things they wouldn’t do including meeting in person. Waiting for the 3rd attorney to respond. At this point, I feel like this benefit is not beneficial.
