The Wong app is convenient for home delivery and supports distant shoppers with broad stock and easy use when functioning. However, frequent payment problems, stock accuracy gaps, cross-device/app reliability issues, and weak customer support significantly affect user experience.

Large stock/variety with perceived good quality of produce and meats
Easy, fast and intuitive app when it works
Supports remote group/sharing purchases for Peru-based users

Cons

Online payment issues: slow processing, cards not accepted, transactions declined, refunds not automatic
Inventory/stock not updated in real time and out-of-stock items not consistently notified; inconsistencies between app and web
App reliability and usability problems: crashes, inability to view past purchases, cross-device login/cart transfer issues
Customer service is often reported as unhelpful or hard to reach
Limited ability to complete large orders in the app (performance issues with 20+ items) and poor product photos/descriptions

Me gusta la app de Wong, pero me gustaría que me envíen mi pedido de Chacarilla y no de Gardenias, nunca tienen nada, les falta todo

L compra toma algo de tiempo ya que hay mucho que elegir. Pero lo demás es muy conveniente. Especialmente si quieres ayudar a tu familia con una despensa. Llega a su casa. Lo malo es que no puedes hacer dos órdenes seguidas porque no acepta el pago. Llame a mi banco y no ven la compra. Solo Wong lo sabe.
