I love Torrid and enjoy shopping, but their app is horrible! So slow! I got a new phone last week and thought maybe the app would improve. No, I guess it’s a good thing because it stops me from shopping at Torrid and spending an obscene amount of money! I hope they have an update coming soon to fix this. When I finally downloaded the app, I was excited to use it because I hate using the website. The website is just as bad! When you click to see a piece of clothing and then push back, it takes you all the way back up to the top of the page. When I downloaded the app, I saw that it didn’t do this. But, the app is nearly impossible to use because it’s so slow.
