Stop making it more difficult to return items. I have the app on my phone and for some reason can no longer process a return from there. Now, I am forced to open a browser, navigating AWAY FROM YOUR APP, and then sign in again. NO - it is 2026, get it together.

I love Torrid, been a devoted diva since they first split from HT to their own storefront & the fact that almost every thing I wear is Torrid reflects that so naturally I spend a LOT of time on the app (especially since I moved and now my closest physical store is over an hour away). I have suggestions (complaints) about this app though with stuff that slows down and hinders my experience. So I’m voicing them here since it’s app functionality issues. 1. Non-clickable past purchases. When you view orders, you cannot directly click on the item via the name or picture. You have to type it in and hope it comes up. Frustrating when you want to reorder or share or just check out possible variants or ideas for “how to wear” the purchased items. 2. Filtering. Yeah, I understand promoting certain items but half the results from specific filtering are irrelevant. If I want to find black slacks why are white denim shorts showing up? Same with price sorting, filter by color, newest first, etc. it’s like it only half works and I get to go digging through the results. 3. It kind of goes with the above but - Inability to eliminate “out of stock” items from searches and viewings. Okay, maybe they will come back in stock soon but if I am needing something right then, I’d like to not have to open each item to see if it is even and option and available (especially during cash events and sitewide sales). And I don’t mean just via specific sizing, I am referring to complete all size out of stock items.
