I had it for a long time and it’s been months that I can’t get it to work! What’s going on??? Disappointing.

I really did like this app. Now it’s stuck on the male. I’m female no internet connection what’s going on its poor service. It was my best app not anymore I’ve gone to weather fit. Wish it would get fixed
