AI first slop, app does not work, auto pay is broken, documents don’t load. The support people know this, acknowledge it, and it never gets fixed. They’ll close your tickets without ever responding, and truly know nothing about the property you are moving to. Run away from anywhere that uses this terrible app and company.

It’s not hard to make a good user UX especially when this is the primary way of communicating with the landlord. Obviously, no effort was put into this pile of trash. Simple messages get lost behind 5 different screens. They just added new fees for ACH in new update against lease policy to force autopay. Greedy with no effort.

Every time I try to open a message I get a red box that says I don’t have access to see what it says. I seem to only be able to message through an ai bot that won’t give me the answers I’m looking for. I’ve requested assistance through the chat multiple times and there’s no response of help.
