App not kept updated, last update was Dec 18, 2024. A lot has changed and this app is useless if not ever kept up to date!! (10/30/2025)

What in the world? I’ve never seen an app go from 5-star to worthless in one update, but that’s exactly what happened here. Can’t login to my account. Can’t set up a new account, reset password or anything. I should have known anything related to our municipal government would get messed up if we waited long enough.

I’ve used app for a few years. Mostly reporting dead animals on the road. The responses time is amazing. We had lightning hit our street light in front of our house & report. I got email about issue & repair believe was 2 days later which I felt was good turn around. I will be reporting a couple very bad potholes on my work driving route. I will update review on that progress.
