Completely screwed me over when I deployed in the military. They told me I had all my payments squared away prior to deployment, but they charged me 1 cent interest during my deployment, and then sent me to collections for that single cent. Even after calling them and explaining to multiple managers my situation, they told me it was my fault for not understanding interest. That 1 cent really screwed my credit score since they chose to pursue it snd try to get interest on it. Not only that but my personal information has been leaked twice from this bank and they have no contact information listed online to tell them about it. Even the social media links on their website lead nowhere. They do not want you to contact them. This bank will exploit you and sell your information in my own experience.
