Would give 0 stars if possible. Customer service is nonexistent even though they butter you up during account setup. Impossible to view employees previously submitted hours on app, employee portal, or supervisor desktop. Editing hours is impossible to our knowledge. Cannot do lunch breaks only clock in and out. Never came into contact with supervisor on payroll day, so payroll did not happen on time. Never replied to emails that we submitted with multiple questions. 0/10 from a 24yo tech savvy kid, could even be a crock. Too many good reviews for the few bad reviews to all have the same exact complaints with no accountability responsibility or reimbursement.
