JOT (Just Open & Type) - A new kind of journal

JOT (Just Open & Type) is a new kind of journal app designed to capture thoughts and ideas the moment they pop into your head. Like a physical journal, it opens ready for typing so you can start writing immediately without having to look for a "new entry" button. JOT locks up automatically when you leave or switch apps, so your thoughts always stay private.

I built JOT because I needed a way to capture spontaneous ideas and thoughts quickly. I don't want to deal with all the bells and whistles of other journal apps. I simply need a safe place to unload the contents of my head, whenever something of interest pops in. If you feel the same way, I think you'll enjoy JOT.
