Across multiple reviews, the Focus app is largely criticized with few if any positives. Recurrent login/authentication errors and unexpected issues hinder access. The app is unstable and crashes frequently. Users describe the UI/UX as confusing and overly convoluted, with too many steps to perform basic tasks. Core CRM capabilities on mobile are missing or unreliable (viewing leads/notes, sending media, following up, data syncing). Notifications are unreliable and support appears lacking, driving many to consider switching to alternatives.

Recent reviews

I’ve been in the auto business for more than 10 years, used many different auto apps and they’re all about a 4/5, except for this one. Not user friendly, complicated, bugs out, and not refined. This developers of this must have never tried this app. I’d highly recommend to the developers to try the competitors apps and than see how bad this one is.
