The Observer-Reporter iOS app is broadly regarded as unreliable and hard to use. I’ve been a long-time reader of the Observer-Reporter, but this app makes it hard to stay loyal. No bylines on articles – that’s basic stuff. The app itself is clunky and missing features, pushing me back to the website, which honestly isn’t much better. The whole experience is frustrating and makes me question if it’s worth the hassle.
