Recent reviews

The app loses our biometrics and passwords every night. The bank staff’s answer for this is to come in EVERY DAY to reset it. Seriously awful. Time to close this account and move to BBVA.

Every time there’s an update I have to log back in, which is fine. But you need to generate a token on a separate device so it is very inconvenient. Most times I need to go to the actual bank which negates the purpose for mobile banking.

It now works fine on an iPhone 13 and my wife’s Samsung phone. As someone mentioned the security is great for these times. Face ID login is working great. I mainly want to check my balance and transfer pesos to others and it does just that.
