While personally I use the transit app, I was able to get around with the app. While the UI is awful, it does have live tracking in the app and that is very nice. Not bad but also not great.

Your staff are so free. There are still two stops to the terminal station, but they already kicked everyone off and then put up a "not in service" sign.

One thing I wanted to comment on here is the need for distinction between variations on the same route - for example, while 240 and 340 are part of the same 40 loop system, they don’t go to the same places or have the same stops. Making it clear in-app whether a bus is serving the 240 or 340 line rather than having the label as “40” would make a big difference.
