They can’t get either email or app notifications to work for me and are unable to solve the problem or explain in any way what the problem is - bizarre. It went on for many months and ultimately I had to cancel subscription.

Please use iPhone’s dynamic font feature for your app. The words are too small on my iPhone screen for me to see. It makes it extremely difficult for me. Please fix this. Thanks
