C Sundae Merrick I am most unhappy after being a customer for over 30 years that I cannot update because I have an iPhone 7. I like my phone and I don’t need to upgrade and now you’re making it impossible for me to do online banking with my phone. Not good for customers who prefer the phones that they already have. please make it better for us so we can use our phones!

The absolute worst help section of a bank I’ve ever seen in my life. They haven’t responded to multiple questions in over six months. Will definitely be reporting this bank when I get around to it. Can’t wait to pay off my loan and get the heck out of here.
