The app used be working fine but it’s not showing the Direct Wire tab ? Now when you inter the vehicle information and it shows nothing now. App needs a update

I brought a viper cellphone module and it asks to enable the smartstart option in the remote starter. I am following a online manual which told me to download the app to enable the setting and it says I need to be a high volume dealer. I paid for a piece of junk because now I can’t find a dealer near by. I will return the smartstart and have another remote starter installed.

How stupid it is not to be able to use the program APP if you are not a high-volume dealer. I filled out the forms on the website, but no one contacted me and I do not have access to the settings . I had to return two sets of DS4 to the seller.
