Recent reviews

First the Alexa skill stopped working a few weeks ago so we had to use this app. Now the app is not working properly. Once you use it to turn on one of the presets, you can’t get to the second preset. You have to reboot the phone to reset the app and then you can see both presets again. Once you select one it is stuck again.

We’ve been using the U by Moen Smart Shower Controller for years and the experience is almost magical and up til now, reliable. Aside from slightly wonky iPhone setup instructions mentioned by others. Because of Alexa integration my wife says, “Shower for Carol.” and her preferred shower head turns on with her prefered lighting, temperature, and spa music playing. “Shower for Mike” did the same for me. Alas, the magic is gone! Apparently, Amazon changed something on their system and now the Alexa/Moen skill can’t be enabled. It’s been a couple of weeks since this was reported and still no joy! I get this is a first world problem, but this a first world product and demands a first world response when a problem like this arises. My AI agent can create, deploy and test custom Alexa skills in minutes. This was always a 5 Star product until now. Please don’t let it stay broken for much longer.
