The update is nice and all, but now we can’t see paychecks pending. With the older version, we could see how much a paycheck was going to be on a Saturday, budget for it, then not be surprised when it hit the account on Tuesday. Not being able to see how much a paycheck is going to be before it hits is inconvenient for us. Hopefully it’s temporary. Other than that, the new version is ok.

I would love to use the mobile features, but this app is only functional about 10% of the time. Mostly login errors when I know all of my information is correct and have verified with the bank. I’ve called the bank several times to flag these issues, but nothing seems to ever get resolved. If you need consistent access to your online banking, I recommend you just log on on a web browser.
