The chatbot is utterly useless. Digibot is probably enough of a pain that I will terminate my DBS accounts and move to a different Bank in Indonesia.

Aplikasi tidak bisa dibuka. Telpon cs digibank, harus install ulang. Setelah install ulang, masih ada masalah. Aplikasi lambat, lemot, sebelum update ios masih lebih baik.

Too bad for such a nice and gull of features app the biggest disappointment is it’s not updated real time. For example when i made a payment into my credit cards it doesn’t show until almost a week. Crazy! What’s the point of having the app?!
