Recent reviews

The new upgrade forces user to take twice as many photos because the app no longer sends photos to the user’s camera roll. So that the user has proof of delivery and photo of the bag, a photo must be taken in the app and a separate photo taken by the phone’s camera for the user’s records. The app continues to be one of the poorest I have ever encountered.

App sometimes crashes at random moments. Android version gets frequent updates but Apple iOS does not. App desperately needs a Dark Mode feature. Having the app open on a persistent screen between 12am-8am is like sitting in an interrogation room. A “text message” to recipient would also be ideal. Currently, the only option is a button to call, but to text them you have to manually recite or type the number out of the app. Lastly, some fields should allow a “hold & copy” action (e.g. the reference number” so it can be copied over to dispatchers or elsewhere for investigation.
