2026-07-10	Wh*****	Nothing works as expected and everything is a pain when you need support and nothing gets fixed. They now charge you for not using the wallet and there’s no way to fix this because the options to deactivate the wallet don’t show up anywhere

2026-07-02	ni*****	These guys have terrible customer service. My case is open for over two months they donot give a straight answer always say we will resolve in 10 days but 2 months have passed. When I try to link my bank and we get to send SMS app just say unable to proceed. Very poor design they should at least give a reason. There support system is one of the worst I have seen. The management is non existent. When I talk to the support person and ask to speak to a supervisor non seem to exist. Stay away from this app.
