However, reliability and playback issues are recurring: the app often won’t open, media features fail on some devices (notably iPad), and many users dislike the newer narrator’s fast/harsh tone and want an option to switch back. Overall, the content is highly valued, but stability and media playback need improvement.

I am blessed by First15. The devotionals are personal and always lead me to a deeper understanding of my relationship with God. I learn from them and am inspired by them. Thank you for the obvious effort put into making this such a quality daily devotional. *One question: is it possible to make the background music optional when listening? I notice in some of the longer devotions that when the music fades out I can focus on the words better.
