3 stars was after issue/new rating is 5 stars! I found this app and the program helpful, however i went months without using the app and when I went to open it all it did was spin. I kept trying and thought something might have happened. I left a review after trying to get tech support in hopes they might see it and reach out. I also reached out on their website for help. To my shock I got a response almost immediately in my email. It turns out it was a simple error in the code and they were able to fix it, but what was so amazing was the customer service. I received several emails from their app tech to the owner. I felt like they actually cared. I admit I should have been patience, but I’m a mom who was worried about her kid, I finally found time to look for help and I’ve been scammed before. I’m so glad to know there are honest good people out there who really do want to help.

The first thing I’d say is if you’re not willing to look inwardly & put in a lot of work, these methods probably aren’t for you. For me, I got a big dose of self-reflection. What I wanted my kiddos to get from me as a mom couldn’t have possibly happened without ME changing first. I had great success 5 years ago, following Amy’s tools. The biggest impact I had on my “out of control” 3 year old was committing to Mind Body & Soul Time. HUGE impact!!! I realized that it’s not enough to just respond when your child shows you something they’re proud of, or play with them sometimes. DAILY undivided attention was truly the KEY! My child’s attitude and behavior instantly changed- like we had mind body would time ONCE and he was already behaving in a more positive way. If you are considering using this program, don’t hesitate! Your children are worth it, you already work so hard for them every single day!! This is just a different type of method with amazing results.
