User Reviews

MyMedSchedule Plus is praised for its simplicity, reliable reminders, cross-device support, pill appearance recognition, and printing capabilities. However, reviews repeatedly cite stability problems (crashes, slow loading), inconsistent reminders, and regressions after updates that reduced features. Device synchronization between iPhone/iPad and Apple Watch can be flaky, and some dosing features are limited (no easy retroactive logging, fewer evening-time options). Overall, it’s valuable when it runs smoothly, but reliability and feature regressions are common pain points.
Pros
  • Easy to use interface and quick setup
  • Reliable reminders that help keep me on schedule
  • Strong cross-device support including Apple Watch integration and iPhone/iPad syncing
  • Medication appearance recognition (looks like the actual pills) and flexible dosing options
  • Ability to print/export the medication list for doctors (printing feature)
Cons
  • Frequent stability issues: crashes, the 'Saving. Do not quit' loop, and long load times
  • Inconsistent or missed alerts: notifications can fail or be delayed, and sound alerts are sometimes unavailable
  • Feature regressions after updates: printing/website printing removed or harder to use, and limited retroactive logging of doses
  • Cross-device syncing quirks: confusing or unreliable sync between iPhone and iPad (and occasional duplicate reminders)

I have been using this for 10 months. It works great with my phone and it connects to my watch as long I am within a short distance from my phone. i wish they offer a watch version.

Great service as is. Would really love it more if sound notifications were available. I’m not always looking at my phone and have come close to missing doses as I was not notified until I looked at the app. Makes me nervous at missing timed doses.

When deleting a mediation it leaves the list but when you go to print list it is still there. Where changing doses and times - it does it to the list but when you print the list it show shows both entries.
