Astrospheric provides advanced weather tools for professional astronomers and astrophotographers, including hour-by-hour forecasts up to 84 hours, sky and ground conditions, and real-time event alerts. It also supports hundreds of astronomical societies with collaboration tools for members.

Key features include ensemble cloud forecasts with hourly updates (Pro), Kp index for aurora viewing, ISS flyover paths, and precise rise/set times for sun and moon. Astrospheric also integrates the smoke forecast into the transparency report and offers site mode for quick GOTO tracking setup, even offline. Note: Weather data is not available for Hawaii due to domain coverage, but other layers remain available. I paid for a subscription. The subscription shows in my Apple account. But I can’t log in or restore to a professional account.

Wish there was a lifetime option. Probably be too expensive. Look I didn’t know much about astronomy before a few months ago, but this app help guide me through some long trial and error sessions. The pro version has SO much good information with detailed events. Just keep the tutorial handy, it was all worth the set up using a detailed walk through. Big thank you to the team still working behind the scenes to improve!!!!
