We came to xcaret and we really enjoy the day but we missed out on a bunch of stuff cause the app only shows a static map that is hard to read and the location does not update well The event we saw were from Chatting with the staff We could not see show times and restaurant info like type of Food served

Went here to celebrate our anniversary and told concierge and host at restaurant about our special occasion and didn’t get any acknowledgment. Why ask if you are celebrating any special occasion when nothing is done.
