Recent reviews

This app is incredibly difficult to use. It also doesn’t use Face ID. Most of the time I can type in my username and correct password and often times I will end up locked out of my account and having to reset my password every single month so that I can deposit a check to pay my two loan payments. Everything about this is difficult, including the absolute requirement of naming my review before I can submit it.

Constant problems trying to login to the app. Half of the time it won’t even load the login screen. I always have to uninstall the app and re download it. And then only does it work again half of the time. But when the login is working properly it’s a great app.
