Every 30 secs I’ve can will draw blank and I will get a “waiting for iVCam connection…” message. I pay for the premium. I have a the latest iPhone, it’s also updated. My internet connection is best of best. Video quality great. It just randomly leaves that message and shows the white screen, then comes back to normal. It’s a huge disruption!
